Team Bios
Chief
Executive Officer…James Wellnitz, B.S., CPCT, Master BATT
is our roofer…he covers everything from all modals of the
Department of Transportation (DOT) and applicable regulations, consortium
management, business development, gas pipelines, finance, breath alcohol testing
equipment sales and training. If that wasn’t enough, Jim is also a certified
Lifeloc breath alcohol senior instructor, certified specimen collector
trainer, certified hair collector, and certified DNA collector for paternity and
forensic resolution. Jim earned his BS from Purdue University, is an active
member of the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) covering
student drug testing and consortium management, a 30 year volunteer of the
Center Fire Department serving 12 years as Fire Chief, and 8 years as at-large
member La Porte County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board. When Jim
isn’t firefighting, he enjoys being an armchair quarterback and searching for
new recipes to try.
President…Mary
Wellnitz, B. A., MBA, CPCT, DOT Master BATT, Certified OSHA Instructor (US
DOL)
leads new business and service development initiatives, strategic planning, and
is responsible for overall operations. A former strategic planning and
marketing executive with a MBA from the University of Notre Dame, BA from Purdue
University, and Leadership Certificate from
The Richard G. Lugar Leadership
Series, Mary knows how to keep things running smoothly. Her passion for
teaching led her to instructor at the University of Notre Dame; and her
enthusiasm to assist others succeed resulted in being honored
with the National
Athena® Award which recognized her professional excellence, community
service and her active guidance of women in their attainment of success.
Her professional association includes NAWBO and Board
of Directors - Women in Management, American Red Cross and the United Way.
When she’s not cheering for the ND Irish, Mary spends her time
volunteering, suffering on the golf course, antiquing, and with her beloved
Golden Retriever, Missy.
Compliance
Manager…Kelli Davie, B.A., CPC, DOT BAT
is a
licensed educator in the State of Indiana earning her
BA from Purdue University. Kelli is our compliance guru providing insight and
guidance on complex drug and alcohol testing regulations. As a former educator,
she uses her tenacious attitude and teaching talents on behalf of our clients.
Always ready to instruct clients in testing program management best practices
and DOT protocol, Kelli helps to simplify procedures governing Drug-Free
Workplace compliance. She is an invaluable resource for our clients’ Human
Resource Specialists, Safety Managers, and Occupational Health Providers. When
Kelli isn’t coaching clients, she’s traveling, cruising and taking road trips
with her family and friends, reading hair-raising thrillers, and teaching her
cocker spaniels, Libby and Abby new tricks.

Administrative Assistant…Kylie Keehn, CPC, DOT BAT
is
high on life. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude toward everything she does
makes Kylie addicting and perfect for greeting clients, both in-person and on
the phone. She just never has a ‘bad day’. Collection services and on-site
test scheduling take up most of her day, while responding to customer
inquiries. As a past manager of a pet supply store, her love for animals is
shared equally between her dog Chance, her cat Sydney, and her Love Bird
Savannah; and she is the only person we know of who had a pet mouse. While
attending nursing school, Kylie finds time for her crafts, bowling league, and
volunteering to help her friends juggle life’s demands.
Field Subcontractors…We
subcontract with Certified Collectors and Breath Technicians, Project Managers,
Curriculum Developers, Trainers, and Administrative Personnel as required to
meet the needs of our clients, and state and federal contracts.
