As a result of our long working relationship, we believe that Figment Group understands our industry and the regulatory environment in which we operate. Compliance audits of our testing procedures always pass Federal Railroad Association (FRA) scrutiny. Figment regularly conducts on-site Supervisor Training, 24 / 7 on-site random drug testing and prepares our annual report to the FRA. When post-accident toxicology testing is required, they are there overseeing the specimen collection process. Unquestionably, we are extremely pleased with Figment’s first-class customer service and trust that their work will keep us compliant.
