Kylie
Office Coordinator/Drug Testing Specialist
Kylie’s enthusiasm and positive attitude toward everything she does makes her perfect for managing our customer service and testing divisions. She just never has a ‘bad day’. She has experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations encompassing safety-sensitive transportation agencies including pipelines, rail, transit and trucking. Kylie manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with new clients and is the first point of contact. Coordination of our in-house testing services, enrolling new clients, driver qualification files and on-site test scheduling at multiple client locations throughout the United States take up most of her day, while responding to customer inquiries. She earned her Associates Degree of Science in Liberal Arts.
Jan
Compliance Account Specialist
Jan’s many years experience in retail and in the medical field as a lab assistant enables her to apply her customer service skills and her outgoing personality with each of our clients. She serves as a client engagement representative dealing directly with current and potential clients and monitors the quality of medical clinics advising them of Federal Regulations and protocols. She manages our clients’ drug testing programs and safety scores to ensure that they are 100% compliant. She has a B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
Sara
Compliance Account Specialist
With Sara’s laboratory and computer experience, there is no challenge that she is not prepared for. Through E-mails and upbeat phone conversations, she keeps our clients happy and compliant each year. She is available for the development and implementation of substance abuse policies and procedures for Drug-Free Workplace and DOT Compliance. She has her Associates Degree from Allied Health in Cardiology.
Teri Bucher
Lifeloc Account Rep / Trainer/ Financial Administrator
Teri joined us with 20 years’ experience in the drug and alcohol industry; working in a hospital laboratory environment, 15 years training others to become certified collector and technicians. She now is a Certified Lifeloc Master Instructor, Certified Specimen/BAT Collector Trainer, Certified Hair Collector. Figment Group employees are a great group composed of individuals that think “outside the box” offering the BEST customer service. She is busy each day facilitating training and consulting sessions for our Lifeloc clients, as well as conducting drug and alcohol testing.
Cooper Bradley
Guest Relations Expert
Cooper is Figment Group’s office greeter! He has 6.5 year’s experience in customer service and human relations. He is certified in stress reduction —since it is a proven fact that having a dog at the office helps with employee morale. Cooper has a great personality and loves to play with clients. When Cooper isn’t at the office, which is rare since he has never missed a day of work, he enjoys playing at the park, spending time with his family and going to the puppy spa. Our clients ask for Cooper before they ask for us!
